The ideal candidate will have a passion for Coffee, Italian Sodas, Lotus Energy, and Sandwich&rsquo;s plus snacks. Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers according to recipes and preferences.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.</li><li>Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment. Including syrups and inventory.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including the bar, dining area, and equipment.</li><li>Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, and syrups as needed.</li><li>Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process orders accurately using the POS system.</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.</li><li>Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory management.</li><li>Stay informed about new trends, products, and promotions to engage customers effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Basic math and cash-handling skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>A genuine interest in coffee and willingness to learn more about the craft.</li><li>Candidates must provide their own reliable transportation to and from work.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to stand for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.</li><li>Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.</li><li>Ability to assist Kuik Run personnel with stocking, cashiering, pricing, stocking and receiving incoming freight.&nbsp;</li><li>An ideal candidate must be able to work an open schedule including weekend duty.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong><br>401(K) Plan with Employer Match, Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision), Paid PTO, Flexible Spending Accounts (Health and Dependent Care), Life insurance, short term and long-term disability, Full Holiday Schedule and more.</p><p>This company, its subsidiaries, and joint ventures will provide equal employment opportunities to all persons and prohibits employment decisions based on race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disabling condition, political affiliation, protected veteran&rsquo;s status, or sexual orientation.
