This role will be located in Lake Mary, FL.</span></span></p>\n<p style=\" margin: 6pt 0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\" margin: 6pt 0in\"><span><span>In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;  padding-left: 48px\">\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Responsible for project/program management of complex projects and programs for new business.&nbsp;</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Collaborates with internal Key Partners and clients to facilitate the conversion of new client’s assets, processes, and procedures from current custodian(s) to BNY.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Deploys full program governance with standard artifacts to track project plan assignments.&nbsp;</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Coordinates the planning, scheduling, reporting, and issue / risk tracking, </span></span><span><span>escalates project/program risks to management and works with&nbsp;</span></span><span><span>internal and external stakeholders to meet target onboarding/conversion timelines.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Lead Client Conversion and Change improvement initiatives.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Provides leadership and recommendations for overall success of complex onboardings/conversions to ensure the highest quality of project delivery and client satisfaction</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Collaborates with firm-wide resources (Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, etc.) to ensure client onboarding/conversion needs are being addressed and ensures alignment across teams</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Proactively manages client expectations by evaluating scope creep, material project changes, and customized operating models</span></span></p>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\">&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\" margin: 6pt 0in\"><span><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;  padding-left: 48px\">\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent&nbsp;</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>5 -10+ years of total work experience</span></span><span><span>&nbsp;</span><span>preferred</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Project Management Certification is strongly preferred</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\" margin-bottom: 6pt;  margin-right: 0in;  margin-top: 6pt\"><span><span>Experience in client-facing and/or project management roles is strongly recommended</span></span></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 6pt 0in\"><span><span class=\"eop\">At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
