They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests.</p>\n\n<p>Essential Job Functions:<br />\n• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.<br />\n• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.<br />\n• Provide efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department<br />\n• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms including nametags and designated PPE.<br />\n• Trains associates on safety standards and enforces those standards consistently. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retaining them appropriately.<br />\n• Completes accident investigations and takes steps to prevent future accidents<br />\n• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning<br />\n• Verifies and updates the status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift<br />\n• Perform opening and closing shift duties.<br />\n• Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary<br />\n• Monitor cleanliness of hotels including parking lot and exterior entrances.<br />\n• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.<br />\n• Other duties as assigned.</p>\n\n<p>Top Requirements:<br />\n• Team Up: Be Golden, Collaborate and Help Others Succeed.<br />\n• Own It: Be a role model, Embrace Responsibility and Keep Learning.<br />\n• Passionately Serve: Be Positive, Care Deeply and Create Memories.</p>\n\n<p>About Us:<br />\nIn a story of entrepreneurial spirit and partnership, P.C.
