The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customer communication and is responsible for maintaining clear visibility into program status, risks, and key decisions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In addition to managing schedules and performance, this role proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and constraints, drives their resolution, and ensures the program maintains forward momentum. The Program Manager plays a key role in translating technical progress into actionable program-level insights to support effective decision-making.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with experience in complex, cross-functional environments, preferably within semiconductor wafer processing or similar technical domains.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 21.5px;\"><li>Lead execution across multiple projects within the IRSP program area, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal teams.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program schedules, including dependencies, constraints, and critical path activities.</li><li>Monitor program progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and potential delays to drive timely resolution.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, including leading weekly schedule and technical meetings.</li><li>Prepare and deliver clear program status updates, including changes, impacts, and required actions or decisions.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure readiness for execution, including materials, resources, and a defined scope.</li><li>Support project quoting, planning, and contract-related activities, including preparation of schedules and program inputs.</li><li>Maintain program dashboards and tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint), including RAIDE logs, to ensure accurate and actionable visibility.</li><li>Drive alignment across stakeholders by ensuring clarity of priorities, ownership, and deliverables.</li><li>Support resolution of program challenges by facilitating cross-functional troubleshooting, collaboration, and decision-making.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Other Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 21.5px;\"><li>Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Comply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Build meaningful and productive relationships with internal business partners.</li><li>Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.</li><li>Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for the benefit of 3rd parties.</li><li>Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned with a can-do attitude.</li><li>Contribute to building a positive team spirit.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 21.5px;\"><li>US citizenship or permanent resident alien status is required.</li><li>Program or project management experience, including the use of Gantt charts and budget management.</li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it.</li><li>B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in physical science or engineering is preferred</li><li>Hands-on experience in wafer processing and basic semiconductor device processing is a plus.</li><li>Overall, experience in data recording and data presentation (PowerPoint) is a must.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have program management experience in an R&amp;D environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from development through manufacturing readiness, ensuring alignment, accountability, and adherence to quality standards.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Skills:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 21.5px;\"><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to collect, interpret, and communicate data effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong experience in MS Project (or similar tools) for managing integrated schedules, dependencies, and critical path activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles or similar process improvement methodologies to support efficient execution and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience generating reports and materials for customer communication.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">At Micross, our Core Values of integrity, communication, teamwork, quality and execution, self-discipline and accountability are cultivated throughout all levels of the organization.
