This role is focused on hands-on execution and physical infrastructure support rather than senior-level architecture or engineering responsibilities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3>Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, remove, and rack servers and related hardware</li>\n <li>Mount rails, brackets, and supporting equipment</li>\n <li>Perform structured cabling, patching, labeling, and cable management</li>\n <li>Validate power connections and connectivity</li>\n <li>Assist with basic hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics</li>\n <li>Manage inventory, equipment staging, and asset handling</li>\n <li>Provide general physical data center support and operational assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>\n<h2>Max</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Requirements</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in a production data center environment</li>\n <li>Hands-on rack and stack experience with servers and network hardware</li>\n <li>Knowledge of structured cabling, labeling, and physical infrastructure best practices</li>\n <li>Ability to perform hardware installation, relocation, and decommissioning activities</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and professional demeanor</li>\n <li>Intermediate-level technical skill set focused on data center operations and support</li>\n</ul>   \n<p> </p>\n<p>Because of the possibility for fraudulent job postings on many popular job boards, please be advised that Connection will never offer a position of employment without a complete interview process and communication with a “live person\".  </p>",
