          "text": "<p><strong><u>Job Function:</u></strong></p><p>The <strong>Robotics Field Application Engineer</strong> is responsible for providing on-site technical expertise to deploy, optimize, and support robotic applications. This role will ensure systems are fully operational, efficient, and meet customer performance expectations while acting as a key interface between customers and internal teams.</p><p><strong><u>Reports to:</u></strong></p><p>Robotics Head of Services, NA</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities and Objectives:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Field Application &amp; Customer Support</strong><ul><li>Provide on-site programming, setup, and integration support</li><li>Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve issues</li><li>Optimize performance to meet cycle time and quality targets</li><li>Support commissioning and validation</li><li>Provide remote technical support via phone and email to diagnose issues, guide customers, and ensure timely resolution</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring clear communication and high service quality</li></ul></li><li><strong>Application Development &amp; Optimization</strong><ul><li>Develop and modify robot programs</li><li>Implement solutions with vision, tracking, and safety systems</li><li>Customize applications to customer needs</li><li>Ensure performance and reliability</li></ul></li><li><strong>Training &amp; Knowledge Transfer</strong><ul><li>Deliver customer and partner training</li><li>Ensure proper understanding and usage of systems</li><li>Support training material development</li></ul></li><li><strong>Reporting &amp; Process Discipline</strong><ul><li>Document activities in CRM</li><li>Provide technical reports</li><li>Track project progress</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Improvement</strong><ul><li>Work with internal teams</li><li>Provide feedback for improvement</li><li>Support knowledge sharing</li></ul></li><li>Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards</li></ul>",
