    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><ol><li id=\"isPasted\">A cashier is responsible for greeting customers both via phone or in person in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner, offering assistance to customers.</li><li>Operates the POS to ensure accurate and efficient sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures proper cash handling of all transactions including proper processing of coupons and discounts.</li><li>Responsible to ensure the integrity of our &ldquo;Change Round-up&rdquo; program where all customers must be asked to round up the change from each transaction to support the mission of Memphis Goodwill within our community.</li><li>Cleans front doors, counters and glass frequently, dust cases, keep front of store clean, return shopping carts and baskets to appropriate areas, return unsold merchandise to proper area.</li><li>Assists with promotions to include customer information, postings, special sign displays, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Stocks and maintains counter, showcases and cash/wraps in a neat and clean condition at all times.</li><li>Works in a safe manner, adheres to proper handling of material movement equipment and communicates any safety hazards or concerns.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in training new cashiers.</li><li>Cleans dressing rooms and re-hang clothes as needed.</li><li>Places apparel, wares, shoes, accessories, etc., onto sales floor in correct location and rotate merchandise from sales floor as needed.</li><li>Adheres to all Memphis Goodwill policies and procedures; follow good safety practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Team Leader Coach.&nbsp;</li><li>Adheres to all Memphis Goodwill policies and procedures, relating to theft or pilferage and handling of cash receipts, according to Agency and GGC policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles.</li><li>May be asked to participate in activities outside of Goodwill.&nbsp;</li><li>Attends in-service and related training as assigned by Team Leader Coach.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by Team Leader Coach.</li></ol></div></div></div></div>\n",
