Key Responsibilities: Collect financial data, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, credit history, and payment records Maintain accurate records of credit applications and decisions Assesses the borrower's ability to repay, considering various factors such as their repayment history, financial health, and overall credit profile Prepare detailed reports summarizing analysis and recommendations, which are then used by Managers to make informed decisions Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies Assist in resolving credit-related issues, such as credit availability, and cash applications Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate credit setup About the requirements The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated record of accomplishment in accounting and cash applications. Accounting Experience: Previous experience in accounting or accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) is preferred Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers Positive Attitude: Energetic, with a growth-oriented mindset Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while efficiently prioritizing activities Process Improvement: Able to evaluate existing processes and implement improvements. Work Ethic: A strong and dedicated work ethic, with an emphasis on productivity and quality Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Additional requirements include: Adaptable and proactive Teamwork abilities High level of organization and documentation skills Customer service-oriented mindset
