This role is ideal for candidates progressing from junior-level skills into a fully independent machinist role.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Machine and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures</li><li>Operate manual and CNC equipment (mills, grinders, lathes)</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and GD&amp;T</li><li>Perform part fitting, assembly, and adjustments</li><li>Hold tight tolerances (±.0005” or better)</li><li>Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges</li><li>Support tooling improvements and production uptime<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><span><strong>2–7 years machining or tool &amp; die experience</strong> (or trade school + shop experience)</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of <strong>milling, grinding, and machining processes</strong></span></li><li><span>Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools</span></li><li><span>Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><span>CNC setup or editing experience</span></li><li><span>Toolroom or production support background</span></li><li><span>Experience with tight-tolerance work</span></li><li><span>Grinding experience preferred.
