They provide physicians with information to improve the selection, dosing, and evaluations of medicine. Based on Genetics, takes certain pain medicine, learn the way it metabolizes in a person. </p><p>Start up mentality with new office for IT dept. Dec. 2014 and team will make suggestions. Possible stock options with IPO down the road.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Strong Python Development experience with agile-like development processes, including continuous integration strategies</li><li>Strong background with Django Framework.</li><li>Experience with NoSQL Databases (Mongo, couch, Hadoop, etc)</li><li>Fast learner, creative thinker, problem solver Knowledge of Linux/Unix, and Oracle databases</li><li>Team player, highly motivated and self-manageable</li><li>Responsible, dedicated and responsive in non-working hours as needed</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Action and detail oriented. Highly motivated to drive projects to completion</li><li>Scope: Building out whole platform</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Nice to Have:</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience with production large-scale distributed systems</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with a large amount of independence and responsibility</li><li>Ability to work closely with information retrieval/machine learning experts on big-data problems.</li><li>Any experience with Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Rackspace is a huge plus.</li><li>A hunger for tracking down root causes -- no matter how deep it takes you -- and fixing them in systematic ways</li><li>BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Math, or related degree  </li></ul><p> </p>",
