  "BriefDescription": "The NFI DBT House in Vernon, VT is hiring part-time staff in our residential program that serves female youth, who have experienced trauma, have complex behavioral challenges and tend to struggle in their relationships. Our counselors provide clients with an opportunity to learn independent living skills while also providing necessary support and encouragement for them to succeed in the community. Responsibilities include: Supervising daily activities; providing ongoing support, guidance, role modeling and facilitating client improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, community living skills and behavior.  Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, work well on a team, primarily work evening and weekend hours, have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.",
