The successful candidate will be an experienced engineering professional that we can build an office around, one who is effective at balancing technical project management, business development, and people.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">What we design: a wide variety of building structures utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction. Structures include but are not limited to: commercial office buildings, multi-story residential developments, multi-story storage buildings, public sector buildings, and more.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Design of a wide variety of building structures utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Structures will be commercial office buildings, multi-story residential developments, multi-story storage buildings, public sector buildings, and other.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Oversee construction administration activities on projects</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Monitor, manage and achieve all assigned project deadlines</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ensure that clients are completely satisfied with all aspects of engineering services</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Providing office leadership for the firm.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">B.S.
