    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><strong><u>GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:</u></strong><p>As the Regional Manager of Ground Support Equipment, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of all GSE activities within in the network. &nbsp;Additionally, you will manage the daily GSE operations of a TDA location. &nbsp;You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our GSE shops meet the high standard of safety, reliability, and efficiency commensurate with TDA and customer expectations. &nbsp;Additionally, you will serve as the central point of contact for the GSE Division&rsquo;s Support Department. &nbsp;This role will interface with multiple internal personnel including, GSE senior leadership, GSE mechanics, gateway/station leadership, headquarters support personnel, and senior leadership on a regular basis. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL&nbsp;DUTIES&nbsp;AND&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manage and oversee all aspects of GSE operations of the Network.</li><li>Manage and oversee all aspects of GSE daily operations within assigned locations.</li><li>Ensure that all GSE operations comply with safety regulations and standards.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of GSE technicians.</li><li>Recruit, train, and develop GSE personnel to maintain a skilled workforce.</li><li>Analyze data relating to GSE performance, maintenance schedules, and team key performance indicators (KPI).</li><li>Provide regular reports to senior management on GSE operations.</li><li>Collaborate within internal departments and stakeholders.</li><li>Lead monthly meetings with the GSE team to discuss operational matters and safety.</li><li>Develop and implement KPI&rsquo;s.</li><li>Develop and monitor gateway GSE spare parts inventory and ensure gateways are equipped with tools and parts necessary for both normal and contingency operations.</li><li>Traveling about 25% of the time.</li><li>Other duties that are identified by senior leadership.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED &nbsp;
