If you're ready to join a team where your skills are valued and your work truly makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.</p>\n<h3>Apply today and start your career with purpose at Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid.</h3>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the Physical Therapist in planning, developing and carrying out treatment programs and procedures for residents.</li>\n <li>Writes observations of resident’s behavior and progress in Progress Notes.</li>\n <li>Maintains statistical records and other departmental reports as requested by Physical   Therapist.</li>\n <li>Assist with in-service training programs upon request.</li>\n <li>Assist with keeping supplies in good order and daily sanitation of equipment.</li>\n <li>Arrives to work on time, regularly, and working as scheduled; responsible for own transportation.</li>\n <li>Utilizes electronic timekeeping system.</li>\n <li>Observes and practices confidentiality of resident information and privacy when performing job duties.</li>\n <li>Recognizes and follows the dress code of the facility including wearing name tag at all times.</li>\n <li>Performs assigned duties according to the service excellence standards and goals established for this position, and for all staff members of this facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>P</strong><strong>hysical Therapist Assistant Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Graduation from a physical therapy assistant approved program required.</p></li>\n <li><p>New York State license to practice required.</p></li>\n <li>Current, vaild CPR/BLS credentials </li>\n <li>This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
