They must be willing and able to work independently as well as with the rest of the Mountain News team. &nbsp;</p><p>The candidate should be an enterprise reporter with an aptitude for seeking out or mining the community for relevant news stories, taking news photographs, the ability to work multiple beats, and leadership skills to assign others to do the same.
