The main responsibility of this role is to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency with various fabrics and sewing machine techniques.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></em></p><ul><li><em>None</em></li></ul><p><em><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></em></p><ul><li><em>Maintain production and quality standards set by management to sew and/or stitch products to specific criteria and specifications.</em></li><li><em>Ability to perform sewing functions using needles, scissors, and other items necessary.</em></li><li><em>Posses a sense of urgency to work in a time sensitive, fast-paced team environment.</em></li><li><em>Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize with good hand-eye coordination.</em></li><li><em>Ensuring that sewing machine and other equipment are in good working order.</em></li><li><em>Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy.</em></li><li><em>Ability to work well independently as well as a member of a team.</em></li><li><em>Ability to perform repetitive tasks.</em></li><li><em>Ensure work areas are always safe and secure.</em></li><li><em>Knowledge of basic math skills to measure garments before adding the tape, and/or creating hems.</em></li><li><em>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to meet business needs.</em></li></ul><p><br></p>",
