    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p>As an International Manufacturing Manager, you will drive global manufacturing performance improvement through equipment, process engineering, and product engineering collaboration.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Manufacturing Process Leadership&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Coach International manufacturing engineering and operations management for development.</li><li>Lead technical process improvement and troubleshooting support on metal and plastic fabrication processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive global productivity as measured by process KPIs.</li><li>Align international sites on operations standards (GOS)&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Production Equipment Strategy&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manage fleet of manufacturing equipment identifying risks, supporting significant downtime recovery.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and update global proprietary machine design drawing catalog.</li><li>Lead global machine maintenance strategy with systems to improve asset availability.&nbsp;</li><li>Review and support new capital equipment business case development driving productivity improvements with standardization.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Operations Support and Technical Expertise&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Introduce new advances in manufacturing equipment and tooling. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assess overall operations performance and drive improvement actions.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain knowledge of shop floor operations, product mix and characteristics, and general business processing requirements.</li><li>Accommodate occasional requests for support outside of essential functions listed above as required to support business objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>B.S.
