Acting as a hands-on subject matter expert, they will supervise welders during testing activities, support data collection and analysis, and ensure high standards of welding quality across operations.&nbsp;</p>\n <p>This role also leads projects to establish welding parameters for new applications, providing critical field support to production teams.
