Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to travel and relocate. Project sites are located domestically and internationally, so relocation and/or travel are required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience of which at least 3 years must be related CQC management construction projects. · In addition, experience on 2 or more Federal Projects is preferred,</li>\n <li>And served as the Construction Quality Control Manager on at least 2 heavy civil projects with a construction value of $50 million or more.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with USACE 3 Phases of Control System required</li>\n <li>USACE CQM-C Certification required</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Roller Compacted Concrete, Soil Cement, and large dam or other water infrastructure construction strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.</li>\n <li>The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li>\n <li>The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.</li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of ASTM, ACI, CWI, AASHTO standards and quality control testing database(s) is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develops, maintains, and verifies implementation of the Quality programs for the Project, together with oversight of the implementation of programs/plans for the direct hire work and Sub-Contractor.</li>\n   <li>Manages and coordinates Quality activities associated with field engineering, field procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning within the Project scope.</li>\n   <li>Maintains client liaison and communication for Project’s quality activities, as directed by the Project Manager.</li>\n   <li>Reviews, audits and surveys Quality activities across the Project direct hire execution and Sub-Contractors and advises and reports to management quality problems and progress within the Project.</li>\n   <li>Develops, reviews and submits the daily QC logs, Quality Control Testing Database, and all required submittals to the Client.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>*Salary range reflects total compensation, including allowances, bonus potential, and retirement contributions.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled, E-Verify Employer</p>",
