If you are interested in an exciting new opportunity and are a TS/SCI clearance level professional, apply today!</div><strong data-pasted=\"true\"><br>Job Requirements:<br>Active Top Secret (TS) clearance<br>Ability to work onsite at Offutt AFB, NE<br><br></strong><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.37.26/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.10.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><p><strong>At least 7 years of technical writing experience</strong></p><ul><li>Developing presentations, reports, memos, and multi-media products to quickly and accurately communicate plans, complex issues, technical results, and process instructions or guidance&nbsp;</li><li>Assembling and staffing complex packages, tracking progress, and adjudicating comments</li><li>Creating and editing documents accurately describing purpose, intent, responsibilities, processes, and activities</li><li>Coordinating documents and incorporating inputs to retain original intent while adequately addressing other points of view</li></ul><p><strong>At least 3 years of experience in the following</strong></p><ul><li>Synthesizing and writing on strategic and technical topics and concepts such as communications, space, cyber, or missile warning and defense.</li><li>Understanding and communicating scenarios to prompt desired exercise or assessment tasks and behaviors.</li><li>Quickly developing post event summary reports to accurately convey major findings or lessons learned.</li><li>Be able to synthesize detailed information, correlate the information to/from other reports, presentations, etc. and identify potential synergies or disconnects.</li><li>Be able to retrieve and communicate data from repositories such as tables, spreadsheets, and/or databases.</li></ul></div></div></div><p><strong>Background:</strong></p><p>Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) represents the capabilities which enable the President to exercise nuclear command and control authorities and the Department of Defense&rsquo;s (DOD&rsquo;s) nuclear forces to act upon the President&rsquo;s direction. The NC3 Enterprise is critical to deterrence and credible nuclear warfighting, but it has not progressed at the pace of technological innovation.
