It's an opportunity to help people live fulfilling lives, support a dedicated team to thrive, and play a key part in creating a safe, positive and empowering environment for the people we support.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you're passionate about supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities and are ready to develop your leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the service, providing day-to-day leadership and ensuring the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred support.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your role will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leading shifts and supporting the staff team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promoting independence, choice, dignity and positive outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing guidance and coaching to Support Workers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting individuals who may experience behaviours of distress.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring medication administration and care documentation are completed accurately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, quality and compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working alongside the Registered and Deputy Manager to continuously improve the service.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We're looking for someone who:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Has experience in a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or similar role.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Has experience supporting people with autism and learning disabilities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Is confident supporting behaviours of distress and complex needs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Can motivate, guide and develop a team.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Is calm, resilient and able to remain positive under pressure.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Holds a full UK driving licence.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Experience of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and safeguarding procedures is highly desirable.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ £13.85 per hour</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ Permanent 40-hour contract</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ 29 days annual leave (including bank holidays)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ Ongoing training and development</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ Career progression opportunities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ Supportive management team</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ Company sick pay (following probation)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ Pension scheme</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">⭐ Employee referral bonus scheme</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why SDR?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At SDR, we believe that great care starts with great people.
