Carolina Poly produces several lines of polyethylene products including high-quality trash bags and construction films. Carolina Poly is a new facility that is part of an established nationwide manufacturing company that can provide growth and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Gate Attendants work a yearly set schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off with 12 hour shifts.  The days of the week worked will rotate from week to week.  Candidates must be available to work each day of the week.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Patrol grounds both on foot and in a vehicle.</li>\n <li>Patrol inside the office and factory floor.</li>\n <li>Ensure access points are locked at specified times.</li>\n <li>Contact police or fire departments in event of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.</li>\n <li>Provide coverage for other grounds attendants as needed.</li>\n <li>Complete daily report.</li>\n <li>Communicate with your relief to ensure smooth shift transition.</li>\n <li>Assist in the gatehouse as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communications skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.</li>\n <li>At least six months' experience in a security role preferred.</li>\n <li>The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management.</li>\n <li>The aptitude and desire necessary to be a good student of Carolina Poly procedures.</li>\n <li>Individual must be able to operate a motor vehicle on the property</li>\n <li>Individual should possess excellent communication skills.</li>\n <li>Individual should possess strong computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Carolina Poly offers competitive compensation packages including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, and 401(K).</p>",
