          "text": "<p><u><strong>Schedule and Salary:</strong></u></p><ul><li><p><strong>Night shift:</strong>&#xa0;Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM</p></li><li><p><strong>Starting wage:</strong>&#xa0;$26.20/h&#xa0;– increase to $26.85/h&#xa0;after 3 months</p></li><li><p><strong>Night shift premium:</strong>&#xa0;$2.00/h</p></li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><p>The Loader Operator is responsible for the continuous supply of raw materials required for production, while ensuring safe and efficient management of aggregates on site.</p><p>Specifically, the role includes:</p><ul><li><p>Supplying production lines with aggregates based on operational needs</p></li><li><p>Feeding silos and storage areas using heavy equipment</p></li><li><p>Loading trucks with defective products (scrap) for disposal or recycling</p></li><li><p>Transporting sand to the heated plate during the winter period</p></li><li><p>Performing snow removal operations during winter to maintain safe working conditions</p></li><li><p>Receiving aggregate trucks, directing them to the appropriate unloading areas, and ensuring smooth operations</p></li><li><p>Verifying the conformity of received aggregates and moving them to designated storage areas</p></li><li><p>Complying with health and safety procedures as well as company quality standards</p></li><li><p>Conducting visual inspections of equipment and reporting any anomalies or maintenance needs</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
