This is not a remote position.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Our Renewable Energy team works on projects including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Pipeline Design</li>\n   <li>Solar Site Design</li>\n   <li>Battery Storage Design</li>\n   <li>EV Charging Design</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Project Due Diligence and Site Constraints</li>\n <li>Jurisdictional Permitting and Agency Coordination</li>\n <li>Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules</li>\n <li>This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of engineers and designers on a variety of projects</li>\n <li>You will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationships</li>\n <li>You will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Base Salary Range:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>$90,000 - $120,000</li>\n <li>Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years of relevant engineering design experience</li>\n <li>Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months)</li>\n <li>Candidates should have experience within the Energy discipline including experience with design, permitting, and applicable software applications</li>\n <li>Experience with task management, concept design, and assisting project management tasks</li>\n <li>Familiar with coordinating with clients, attending client meetings, and overseeing quality standards</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D</li>\n <li>Ability to build plan sets and other construction documents</li>\n <li>Design experience that includes utilities, site layout, drainage, due diligence and permitting</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Kimley-Horn?</h2>\n<p>At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
