Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances; repairs lighting systems; inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions. </li>\n <li>Perform basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks; opens clogged lines and drains; replaces washers and other minor parts; maintains and monitors plumbing systems.</li>\n <li>Apply and prepare various surfaces for paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain; repairs wall coverings.</li>\n <li>Perform basic rough and finished carpentry work in construction and repair of structures such as partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, office furniture, roofs, and shelves.</li>\n <li>Performs upholstery work as required. </li>\n <li>Fabricates, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices, motors and pumps.</li>\n <li>Keeps workshop orderly by cleaning tool boxes, putting away tools and parts, and straightening electrical storage area.</li>\n <li>Installs and maintains all tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles.</li>\n <li>Run milling equipment, lathes and power tools; welds materials.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers Card if required</li>\n <li>Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite, and be knowledgeable about building management systems.</li>\n <li>Must be experienced in one or more of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
