At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Plumbing Service Technician III is responsible for the installation and repair of all phases of plumbing systems including but not limited to: potable water, sanitary water and vent, natural gas, and storm drainage systems in accordance with local and state plumbing and building codes.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform cleaning & clearing of sewer/storm piping.</li>\n <li>Perform video camera inspections to properly diagnose problems and assess the situation appropriately.</li>\n <li>Perform hydro jetting procedures to clean, clear, and maintain sewer/storm piping.</li>\n <li>Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance and cleaning.</li>\n <li>Service, repair, and install all plumbing systems and piping supports per code.</li>\n <li>Service and repair storm drainage systems.</li>\n <li>Service and repair sanitary sewer systems and potable water systems.</li>\n <li>Service, repair, and install ejector pumps.</li>\n <li>Service, repair, and install gas piping.</li>\n <li>Identify obstructions to be avoided by inspecting structure.</li>\n <li>Repair and install lavatories, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters and plumbing fixtures.</li>\n <li>Install drinking fountains, bottle fillers and shower assemblies.</li>\n <li>Install and test Backflow Preventers.</li>\n <li>Install and test Medical Gas.</li>\n <li>Be able to test all plumbing systems per job specifications.</li>\n <li>Keep plumbing equipment and tools operational by following the manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.</li>\n <li>Promote and perform all aspects of Company safety procedures and policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years' experience as a Service Plumber.</li>\n <li>Possess Plumbing, Backflow, and Med Gas licenses.</li>\n <li>Experience with operating hydro jetting equipment.</li>\n <li>Experience with operating sewer cameras, machines and identifying possible drainage problems.</li>\n <li>Experience with pipe installation and equipment replacement.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of HVAC operation.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of city and national plumbing codes.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of testing plumbing systems to identifying and repair leaks.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic electrical safety.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic safety, ADA Requirements, and state and local building / plumbing codes.</li>\n <li>Ability to install PVC, ABC, no-hub, service weight, copper sweat, copper, pro press systems, pex pipe and Victaulic piping systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to be readily available during emergency situations.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comprehend design drawings.</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to follow job-site instructions.</li>\n <li>Must maintain compliance with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Willingness to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n <li>Punctual and diligent work ethic.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>OSHA 30 hour certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>95% of the time will be spent traveling to various local job sites and customer locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.</li>\n <li>Climb stairs in an office building.</li>\n <li>Ability to work without a fear of heights.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools.</li>\n <li>Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate some types of plumbing equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to use special tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Noisy environment.</li>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain footing on uneven ground.</li>\n <li>Inclement weather.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
