What You Bring to the Team 5+ years of retail leadership or management experience, preferably in a specialty or lifestyle retail environment. Strong operational and financial acumen, including scheduling, payroll management, and sales performance. A passion for sports, culture, and delivering authentic brand experiences. The ability to lead diverse teams with confidence, humility, and accountability. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the grit to thrive in a fast moving retail environment.
