          "text": "<p><strong>How will you make a difference? </strong></p><p>The Services Technical Excellence Program (STEP) is an intensive three-year rotational program designed to build technical expertise, industry knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills.&#xa0;It combines impactful roles with program curriculum to ready program graduates to be the future pipeline for crucial business roles.&#xa0;The program allows you to rotate through three one-year rotations to develop your skillset and find your passions.&#xa0;Potential rotations include Field Technical Services, Material Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Project Management, Product Development and others.&#xa0;To supplement the rotations, participants go through technical, business, and leadership training taught by subject matter experts.&#xa0;&#xa0;Program members get frequent exposure to senior business leaders and experience working directly with our customers.&#xa0;Launch your career at a global company that is accelerating the future of transportation by joining the STEP program today!</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What do we want to know about you? </strong></p><p><em><u>You must have:</u></em></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.&#xa0;</li><li>Willingness to travel and/or relocate within the US for program assignments</li><li>Willingness to work in a shop environment</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment</li></ul><p><em><u>We would love it if you had:</u></em></p><ul><li>Strong customer focus and a results-driven mindset</li><li>Strong communication and influencing skills</li><li>Ability to learn new skillsets and processes quickly</li><li>Willingness and ability to question the status quo and improve existing processes</li><li>Strong technical background</li><li>Flexibility and ability to shift priorities quickly</li><li>Interest in learning and growing your career within the business and industry</li></ul>",

The salary rate for this role is currently $76500-76500 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
