This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in both engineering offices and field environments and can bridge the gap between design intent and real-world execution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Project Engineer - Industrial Power will lead the development of electrical power system and electrical automation system documentation for industrial facilities, specify and integrate field installed equipment, and provide construction and startup support. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant automation systems that meet project and client requirements.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, support and/or coordinate major project requirements and specifications. Determine most effective means of accomplishing objectives, develop schedules for technical deliverables, conduct and coordinate related activities. Ensure that overall efforts are in concert with customer and Company requirements</li>\n <li>Providing technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals, while assisting project managers in technical reviews and discussions with customers and others</li>\n <li>Creating and delivering work plans, resource requirements, proposals, engineering estimates, and risk and opportunity analyses</li>\n <li>Resolving complex technical issues both remotely and at customer sites domestically and internationally. [up to 30% travel including domestic, international, and offshore]</li>\n <li>Maintain close contact with customers and project participants to identify and resolve issues of mutual concern and to seek opportunities for additional business.
