      "value": "<ul><li>5–7 years of professional experience in quality management.</li><li>Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge and expertise.</li><li>In depth-knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS/EN9100) and regulations (LBA, EASA).</li><li>Strong understanding of QMS, Audits, CAPA and HSE-Management.</li><li>Ability to integrate the QMS with other company systems (e.g. ERP).</li><li>Outstanding people skills, including empathy and strong interpersonal capabilities.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with strong planning abilities for working with diverse stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Fluency in both German and English, with advanced negotiation skills in both languages.</li></ul><em>We recognize that women and other under-represented groups are often overlooked in our industry.
