BRF maintains its headquarters and a manufacturing facility in Macedon, New York; with a Culinary Innovation Center in Westmont, Illinois; and offices and manufacturing facilities in Williamson, New York; Pennsauken, New Jersey; and Corona, California.&nbsp;</span><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">This role is located at our Pennsauken, NJ location.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">WHAT WE NEED</span></strong><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">The Facilities Maintenance Technician I is responsible for general maintenance and repair of building mechanical systems including but not limited to HVAC maintenance.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Our Facilities Team follows a 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule, providing a consistent routine for work-life balance.</span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><br><strong>Shift hours for this role are 5:45am - 6:00pm.&nbsp;</strong><br></span><br><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><u>Sample 2-2-3 Shift Schedule</u></span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>:</strong><br>Week 1: <strong>Work&nbsp;</strong>Monday, Tuesday - <strong>Off&nbsp;</strong>Wednesday, Thursday -&nbsp;<strong>Work&nbsp;</strong>Friday, Saturday, Sunday<br>Week 2: <strong>Off&nbsp;</strong>Monday, Tuesday - <strong>Work&nbsp;</strong>Wednesday, Thursday - <strong>Off&nbsp;</strong>Friday, Saturday, Sunday</span></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Assist with HVAC maintenance, including filters, belts, greasing motors, and unit startup and shutdown.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Support fire and life safety checks, including alarms, sprinklers, and access controls.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Perform routine maintenance on air compressors and dryers.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Assist in maintaining water and steam systems, including heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and motors.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Complete preventive maintenance work orders and record labor and parts in the CMMS.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Assist with ground maintenance and operate tools safely.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Support vendors under supervision and ensure safe access and materials control.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Follow written and verbal instructions and read basic blueprints.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">May respond to after-hours calls on rotation.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Per business need, other duties may be assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL</span></strong><br><span style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
