    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Eastdil Secured Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program</span> is a one-week virtual training program developed specifically for university or college students. The program will take place from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday, June 15 through Thursday, June 18 </span>and include two virtual sessions hosted each day. Topics covered will include: <br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic real estate finance concepts, fundamentals and principles </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on general Excel training </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on general real estate financial modeling in Excel (ARGUS is not included in this program) </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">While no Eastdil Secured specific templates are used, there will be a focus on general topics, which will help participants interview at any real estate firm.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Morning and afternoon sessions are progressive and designed to build on one another, so full participation is encouraged.
