This position requires the nurse to assess patient health status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. The nurse collaborates closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate treatments, administer medications, and provide patient education. A key outcome of this role is to promote patient safety, comfort, and well-being while facilitating efficient hospital operations.
