For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop public health curriculum</li>\n <li>Construct tests and methods for measuring performance</li>\n <li>Advise and assist in the instructional systems design, leverage existing and emerging technologies</li>\n <li>Administer / facilitate training programs</li>\n <li>Evaluate training programs for development, and optimize efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>More than 5 years of public health course design experience in the US Federal and/or State and Local space</li>\n <li>BS/BA degree</li>\n <li><strong>Active TS clearance and SCI eligible - US Citizenship is required</strong></li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>\n <li>Prior consulting/professional services experience working independently to make decisions</li>\n <li>Prior experience leading course development activities</li>\n <li>Prior staff management and development experience</li>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li>\n <li>Demonstrated data analytics and visualizations skills using statistical and analytical software (GIS, Tableau, Excel, etc.)</li>\n <li>Some domestic travel may be required (typically no more than 10%), primary location is DC (on-site)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000.
