Over three decades, our core values have shaped a supportive and creative environment that emphasizes employee engagement, technical excellence, and strong customer relationships. </span></p>\n<p><span>To learn more about who we are and what it’s like to work at GeoSpectrum, we invite you to watch our company video by visiting </span><span><a href=\"http://www.geospectrum.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.geospectrum.ca</a></span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read and interpret detailed manufacturing documentation, including drawings, assembly procedures, routing cards, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).</li>\n<li>Assemble components and sub‑assemblies in accordance with defined processes and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Work as part of a skilled, collaborative team to hand‑assemble components and assemblies while maintaining precise manufacturing tolerances.</li>\n<li>Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and product documentation to ensure accurate and consistent builds.</li>\n<li>Apply a variety of skilled assembly techniques, including bonded assembly, encapsulation, and the use of hand tools to fasten, attach, and secure parts.</li>\n<li>Prepare materials for assembly through solvent cleaning and abrasive surface preparation.</li>\n<li>Use approved chemicals, adhesives, and compounds to bond and encapsulate components.</li>\n<li>Complete production and quality documentation accurately in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.</li>\n<li>Identify products or components that do not meet quality standards and follow established quarantine procedures when required.</li>\n<li>Use a range of testing and measurement equipment to verify product specifications.</li>\n<li>Apply labels, company branding, and exterior details, and package completed products for shipment.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workstation by caring for equipment, keeping the production floor tidy, and following all health and safety procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED equivalent, and/or relevant hands‑on workplace experience.</li>\n<li>Experience working in a detail‑oriented, hands‑on assembly environment.</li>\n<li>Soldering experience with strong manual dexterity; the ability to solder to IPC‑A‑610 and IPC‑620 Class 3 standards is considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Strong computer literacy skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and documentation abilities.</li>\n<li>Experience working with engineering documentation, or a willingness to learn.</li>\n<li>Occupational Health and Safety and WHMIS certification, or the ability to successfully obtain certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Security Requirements</span></p>\n<p>All candidates must be eligible to apply for and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security Clearances.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Total Rewards </span></p>\n<p>We recognize that our people are our most valuable asset.
