Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Lead supports the Quality Assurance Manager in overseeing the QA processes and ensuring that service meets company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing a team of QA Team Leaders and specialists, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and continuously improving quality systems.

Key Responsibilities
Support the QA Manager in daily operations and supervision of the QA team. Help to develop, implement, and manage QA procedures and policies.
Assist in training and mentoring QA team members. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
Oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Identify areas for improvement within the quality management system and suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of quality control processes, including inspection reports, testing results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
Ensure all QA processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Address and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality problems.
Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration major in any field.
Candidates having Leadership certification, Quality Assurance certification will be preferred
Project management certification or experience using project management tools/methodologies (e,g Agile). Certification in quality management (e.g, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in quality assurance, with at least [2-4] years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Skills:
Strong English Communication skill
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality analysis tools and software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
