    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>This Opportunity</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">WSP is seeking a Project Controls Site Coordinator to join their Project Controls team. This individual will be located in Elko<span>&nbsp; </span>NV or willing to relocate. South Jordan UT or Reno NV, will also be considered.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Liaise with Field Engineers to conduct quality control checks, including torque testing and related field inspections.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Liaise with Contractors to conduct quality control tests, including rebar photography documentation and verification.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Review daily contractor reports with respect to timesheets, expenditure tracking, and cost control compliance.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Monitor and report on baseline scope, cost, and schedule in alignment with project objectives.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Evaluate and report project progress against the approved baseline, identifying variances and trends.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Assist with assessing project risks on a continual basis, including cost and schedule risk analysis.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Escalate issues to project leadership in a timely manner and propose practical solutions for resolution.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Assist with implementing and maintaining the project document control system to ensure accurate and compliant recordkeeping.</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE CCP) are a plus.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project controls related functions, with the ability to work on site and experience supporting mining projects.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Knowledge and experience of quantity take-offs and measuring, developing and implementing robust progress tracking logs or applications.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Reporting &amp; BI Tools: Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI or Excel.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">PMIS: Experience working with and/or administering Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Procore, or similar platforms.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Work Style: Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid work environment and can manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>WSP Benefits:&nbsp;</p><p>WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
