font-size: 12pt\">You don't shy away from challenges and can bounce back from setbacks</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the engagement with various functional teams to support the delivery of WeLab Bank's business priorities and plans</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Drive a consistent approach to project management, ensuring adherence to best practices, methodologies, and industry standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and business impact</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with Senior Management/Department Heads to ensure effective project management and implementation, as well as fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Define and enforce project governance standards, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Direct the activities of the project team and determine how team resources should be allocated; manage and monitor the project lifecycle against the required methodology, standards, time frame and budget</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Establish strong relationship with key stakeholders for alignment of expectations and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide regular updates on project status, risk, and performance to relevant stakeholders</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What is required and what we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">University degree or above with qualification of PMP</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 10 years of working experience in project management of FinTech, banking or insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in waterfall and agile project management and delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent judgment with proven ability to identify problems and deal with complex issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated leadership and business management ability to establish and manage a high-performance team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and deliver high quality work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Self-motivated and a collaborative team player with great sense of ownership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fluent in verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
