    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><em>Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Our goal is to be regarded as an irreplaceable resource by our customers. The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Description:</strong> The<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Quality Engineer will support the inspection process, develop inspection methods, handle problem resolution as well as disposition of non-conformances. The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable of inspection techniques, aerospace requirements and corrective action processes. This position will be required to maintain designation as a customer approved delegated product release representative per AS13001 and customer requirements.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with aerospace quality requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Delegated quality representative for product release, will require AS13001 cert/customer approval.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">AS9102 first article inspection reports from creation to submittal and approval.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide direction and guidance to inspection including problem resolution - requires hands-on experience with inspection equipment and GD&amp;T. Continuous improvement of inspection process.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify inspection methods and equipment to fulfill customer inspection requirements.</li><li>Determine product acceptance based upon inspection results. Initiate concessions as needed.</li><li>Lead MRB, MCAB and 8D problem solving including resolving customer complaints.</li><li>Control of non-conformances and Cost of Poor Quality activity.</li><li>Efficiently navigate through customers&rsquo; portals for quality related activity and submittals.</li><li>Supplier quality activity.</li><li>Quality professional required to interface with customers and supplier quality representatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Internal audits aligned with AS9100 and Nadcap.</li><li>Provide employee training and presentations to promote quality and continuous improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with PPAP/APQP/MSA activity.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leadership and teambuilding qualities to lead and motivate employees.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Professional attitude required as a representative of the organization when interfacing with internal and external interested parties.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Highly skilled in mechanical and visual inspection.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Well versed with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experienced with generating, reviewing and submittal of AS9102 first article inspection reports.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to qualify as a customer approved self-release agent (a.k.a.
