Description

OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for a Production Floater who will be responsible for assisting in various production tasks, operating machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring the smooth flow of production processes. Your ability to quickly learn and adapt to different roles, as well as your attention to detail, will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our manufacturing operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform a variety of production tasks, including operating machinery, assembling components, and packaging finished products Assist in the setup and preparation of production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols Follow established production procedures and guidelines to ensure quality standards and efficiency Conduct quality checks on products and materials to identify any defects or deviations from specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, tools, and materials Assist in material handling and inventory management, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve any production-related issues Cross-train in different production roles and areas to provide support and fill in as needed Comply with all safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environment Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, suggest ideas, and contribute to the overall success of the production department
