They collaborate closely with consulting and administrative teams, contributing to evidence handling, testing, data collection, and visualization in a dynamic setting that values teamwork, curiosity, and skill development.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Project Support</p><ul><li>Supports consultants in project work involving lab facilities and lab equipment.</li><li>Supports inspections via basic documentation and hands-on assistance.</li><li>Capable of SOP development and/or implementation.</li><li>Interacts with clients and other personnel at a job site, maintain safety and control of the area where data is being collected or test is being performed.</li><li>Leads routine site inspections.</li><li>Generally able to independently determine the best way to process, analyze, and view collected data.</li><li>Able to safely conduct inspections and tests.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consultant Support</p><ul><li>Independently, or with a consultant, can travel to a job site to collect data, perform tests, or participate in a site inspection.</li><li>Generates high-quality internal and external work products in a timely manner.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Capable of communicating/working directly with internal and external clients.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Equipment/Facilities Oversight</p><ul><li>Sets up standard and special-purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate, and calibrate other instruments and test equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoots, orders, and repairs all relevant laboratory equipment.</li><li>Capable of identifying organizational needs.</li><li>Prepares and maintains laboratory cleanliness and organization for testing and/or inspections.</li><li>Skilled in the operation of a wide variety of test equipment.</li><li>Maintains calibrated equipment (and associated certificates and paperwork).</li><li>Duties will include running SEM, TGA, DSC, and FTIR equipment.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><p>Education / Certifications / Licenses</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent; or five+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Maintain required certifications.</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>Experience running a laboratory and handling artifacts preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of laboratory and facility safety practices.</li><li>Knowledge of digital photography and image handling a plus.</li></ul><p>Other Technical &amp; Non-Technical Skills</p><ul><li>Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Internet software skills.</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis in Excel.</li><li>Ability to become proficient in software relevant to instrumentation and data analysis.</li><li>Assesses own strengths and development areas; pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We Can Offer You</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We believe great work happens when people feel supported, challenged, and trusted.
