    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Job Summary:</span></em></strong></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">General labor support of plant operations &amp; housekeeping requirements.&nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></em></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Hand stacking &amp; palletizing of finished goods in preparation for customer shipment.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Maintaining case sealer (top and bottom tape dispensers).&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Monitoring and correcting case palletizer as needed.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Loss control of product and packaging.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">General maintenance tasks in preventative care of equipment such as grease &amp; lubrication application.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Performs housekeeping tasks, meeting the organizational requirements to ensure workspace efficiency and effectiveness.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Conforms to and promotes Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (S&amp;GMP&#39;s) in the operation throughout the facility and participates in the Company Safety Programs.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events and react well under pressure.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Follows policies and procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Observes safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Possesses the Skills and Knowledge, and able to meet the Physical Demands and perform in the work environment described in the Work Environment section below.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Performs other duties as assigned by Supervision.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Required Skills &amp; Abilities:&nbsp;</span></em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
