To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be willing and able to learn and work in all three areas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please review the information below for an overview of each section.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>   \n<strong>Changeover Operator:</strong> Perform changeovers on tire building machines, involving significant manual labor and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities: \n<ul>\n <li>Changeover Operations:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Execute machine changeovers per SOP.</li>\n  <li>Ensure material ticket rack numbers match specifications.</li>\n  <li>Apply proper techniques for pulling and pushing cassettes.</li>\n  <li>Measure and verify material dimensions accurately.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Manual Labor:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Retrieve and stage full material cassettes from AGV drop-off points.</li>\n  <li>Remove empty cassettes and load full ones onto guiding rollers.</li>\n  <li>Push cassettes into machines correctly.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Splicing and Material Handling:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Splice new material onto old with a 30mm-50mm overlap.</li>\n  <li>Mark splices for visual verification.</li>\n  <li>Maintain cleanliness of components.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Safety and Quality Control:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Follow safety protocols and use required PPE.</li>\n  <li>Be vigilant of pinch points and hazards.</li>\n  <li>Implement STOP-CALL-WAIT for abnormalities.</li>\n  <li>Record measurements on the check sheet.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Communication and Coordination:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Inform carcass and belt operators about splices and changes.</li>\n  <li>Scan and initial material tickets for traceability.</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with CC operator for documentation.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>Work Environment:\n<ul>\n <li>Manufacturing floor with machinery and moving parts.</li>\n <li>Adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Belt Side Building Operator:</strong> Perform belt side building operations on tire building machines, involving manual labor and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:\n<ul>\n <li>Belt Preparation and Splicing:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Prep and apply belts to the belt drum.</li>\n  <li>Verify belts are within laser lines.</li>\n  <li>Splice belts butt to butt with no cord overlap.</li>\n  <li>Push the next step button after each task.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Manual Labor:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Retrieve and stage full material cassettes.</li>\n  <li>Remove empty cassettes and load full ones onto guiding rollers and machines</li>\n  <li>Push cassettes into machines correctly.</li>\n  <li>Constantly Lifting CAP Tread for 12Hrs</li>\n  <li>Walking to transport material to the Tire Building Machine</li>\n </ul>\n <li>BC Stitching:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Splice BC material butt to butt.</li>\n  <li>Use a bevel stitcher to secure the BC splice.</li>\n  <li>Ensure the BC is within laser lines and free of defects.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Safety and Quality Control:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Follow safety protocols and use required PPE.</li>\n  <li>Be vigilant of pinch points and hazards.</li>\n  <li>Implement STOP-CALL-WAIT for abnormalities.</li>\n  <li>Verify all splices and material positions.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Communication and Coordination:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Communicate with team members about splices and changes.</li>\n  <li>Ensure material tickets are scanned and initialed.</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with the CC operator for documentation.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>Work Environment:\n<ul>\n <li>Manufacturing floor with machinery and moving parts.</li>\n <li>Adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.</li>\n</ul>      \n<strong><u>Carcass Side Builder:</u></strong> Responsible for assembling the inner liner, body plies, beads, and sidewalls to form the tire carcass, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities:\n<ul>\n <li>Assemble the inner liner, body plies, beads, and sidewalls to form the tire carcass.</li>\n <li>Apply textile fiber cables and rubber compounds to create strong and durable carcass plies.</li>\n <li>Position and secure beads to ensure they clamp firmly against the rim.</li>\n <li>Inspect carcass components for structural integrity and adherence to specifications.</li>\n <li>Operate machinery such as the CC drum, handheld stitcher, and zipper stitcher.</li>\n <li>Verify bead splice positions and ensure no visual defects in materials.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.</li>\n <li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain cycle times for each step.</li>\n <li>Document and report any abnormalities or defects in the production process.</li>\n</ul> Work Environment:\n<ul>\n <li>Manufacturing floor with machinery and moving parts.</li>\n <li>Adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Knowledge and Skills</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in tire manufacturing or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and pushing heavy objects.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills and teamwork.</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them strictly.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical fields is a plus. (Not Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2> \n<ul>\n <li>Lift and move heavy cassettes.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull 50lbs or more.</li>\n <li>Use PPE as required.
