This role is essential in helping maintain a safe and orderly work environment by consistently following safety protocols and lead by example. The position requires working on a scissor lift/JLG in dirty environments and includes regular physical labor.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with general housekeeping across the plant.</li><li>Perform daily plant trash pickup, including walking the site</li><li>Using air hose to blow down all machines, ceilings, walls in the plant.</li><li>Clean plant signage across the facility</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong safety awareness and consistent use of PPE</li><li>Ability to work in extreme weather and dirty environments</li><li>Reliable and self-motivated with attention to detail</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and inspecting equipment</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal or written instructions</li><li>Background and Drug Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.</li><li>Must be able to work in a hot and cold environment while wearing PPE&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the shift<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p><strong>EEO Statement:</strong></p><p><strong></strong>Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
