These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Full Time, On Site Position</strong><br>Competitive salary based on experience: &nbsp;Starting at $16.00 an hour</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Benefits for full-time eligible positions:</strong><br>Medical (HSA/FSA), Dental, and Vision | 401K and/or ROTH | PTO &amp; Paid Holidays | Basic Life &amp; AD&amp;D | The Villages Charter School eligibility | and much more!</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\" style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Communicate estimates with Service Coordinator and customer.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Plan work to maintain quality and safety.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Raise golf car with hydraulic jack or hoist to gain access to mechanical units bolted to vehicle.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Adjust points, valves, carburetors, distributors, and spark plug gaps.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Reassemble engines after repair or maintenance is complete.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Log types of repairs made, time spent, and parts used.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Obtain description of problem from customer and prepare cost estimates for repairs.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Use diagnostic instparts and test and inspect engines to determine malfunctions, locate missing and broken parts, and verify repairs.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Repair or replace defective parts such as magnetos, water pumps, gears, pistons, and carburetors.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Sell parts and equipment.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Teach customers how to maintain equipment.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Remove units such as engines and transmissions.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Disassemble units and inspect parts for wear.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Reline and adjust brakes, align front end, and repair or replace shock absorbers.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Install and/or repair electric motors, battery systems, charging systems and accessories.</li></ul><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\" style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Ability to read/write and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Must remain professional, responsive, and cooperative always and consistently produce quality work while meeting deadlines.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
