    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full Stack Engineer. A hands-on technical engineer/architect responsible for designing and guiding the development of both server-side and client-side applications within the platform group. This role is located can be located in Pittsburgh, PA, New York, NY, or Jersey City, NJ.</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p><ul><li>Lead architecture design and review across multiple pods, ensuring best practices and high-quality solutions.</li><li>Provide solutions architecture and design guidance for clients and internal engineers using the platform’s products.</li><li>Mentor junior developers on software design, clean code, programming practices, and career development.</li><li>Develop rapid, working prototype code to serve as a reference for engineering teams.</li><li>Influence and guide non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and recoverability.</li><li>Promote modern development practices such as reactive/non-blocking programming and contract-first API design.</li><li>Present architecture designs to the Architecture Governance Board and communicate platform capabilities to stakeholders at various levels.</li><li>Collaborate with architects across different platform groups to align on architectural standards and strategies.</li></ul><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.</li><li>10-14 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.</li><li>Experience in the securities, financial services or tech industry is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in Java 17/21, SQL, REST APIs, and Streaming APIs.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and microservices architecture.</li><li>Knowledge of NoSQL database technologies.</li><li>Experience with emerging technologies, including GenAI integration.</li></ul>",
