Responsible for the delivery of patient care through a multidisciplinary approach.  Patient treatment planning is through an interdisciplinary approach consisting of patient staffing’s and special care conferences.  Assist with designated management duties in a leadership role.  The patients served are patients of adults in need of the supportive setting of crisis services.   Program care is focused on continuity, accountability, relationship based and evidence-based services that reflects a commitment to compassionate, competent care delivered by the interdisciplinary team.  Care is provided through a therapeutic relationship with the patient and supportive natural supports.  A spirit of inquiry is encouraged and supported. Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of hospital administrative staff.
