With services offered coast to coast, we’re proud to be a leader in the field, and we’re growing every day.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Para-Professional</strong>, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and support their families in both in-home and center-based settings. You will work under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, and your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implementing individualized ABA programs and treatment plans</li>\n <li>Recommending new programming goals and assisting with client program development</li>\n <li>Creating therapy materials and conducting monthly team meetings</li>\n <li>Providing parent education and consultation services</li>\n <li>Collecting and analyzing behavior data to identify trends and provide insights to your supervisor</li>\n <li>Writing first drafts of progress reports and reviewing client programs in Ensora</li>\n <li>Assisting with coordination of care and other BCBA support tasks</li>\n <li>Acting as a floater for the center as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in psychology, education, or related field</li>\n <li><strong>Minimum 2 years’ experience</strong> working with children with special needs and/or autism</li>\n <li>Meet the <strong>minimum age requirement of 18</strong> (on or before the first day of employment)</li>\n <li><strong>Eligibility to work in the United States</strong></li>\n <li>Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: <strong>mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Ability to pass a background check</strong></li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>\n <li>Ability to learn new software quickly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Not to mention, it’s a plus if you:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Are <strong>bilingual in English and Spanish</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>Physical demands may vary depending on client needs.
