Serve as a vital resource for patients and their families, providing crucial teaching and emotional support.</li>\n <li>Mentor and guide. Oversee your caseload, leading and nurturing LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides to foster a strong, cohesive care team.</li>\n <li>Innovate with technology.
