Work week is Monday through Friday afternoon.  $100.00 per day per diem for locations over 30 miles from Janke General Office in Athens WI.,  Monday through Thursday. Along with a 401K matching percentage.   Room for advancement.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hourly </span></span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary </span></span><br><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Range:</span></span><br><span>$26.00-$68.00</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience: </span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Entry </span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Level/Mid Level/Top Level</span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overview:</span></span></p>\n<p>A<br>Laborer<br>is<br>responsible<br>for<br>cleaning<br>and<br>preparing<br>the<br>construction<br>site,<br>maintaining<br>a</p>\n<p>clean site, and building temporary structures</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roles</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">and</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare<br>construction<br>sites<br>by<br>clearing<br>debris<br>and<br>assisting<br>with<br>site<br>logistics<br>setup.</li>\n<li>Load<br>and<br>unload<br>construction<br>materials<br>and<br>move<br>them<br>to<br>the<br>appropriate<br>staging areas.</li>\n<li>Operate small and medium sized tools</li>\n<li><span>Ensure</span><br><span>job</span><br><span>sites</span><br><span>are</span><br><span>clean,</span><br><span>organized,</span><br><span>and</span><br><span>safe,</span><br><span>following</span><br><span>all</span><br><span>safety</span><br><span>guidelines</span><br><span>and regulations.</span></li>\n<li>Assist<br>equipment<br>operators<br>with<br>guiding<br>materials<br>as<br>requested</li>\n<li>Perform<br>basic<br>maintenance<br>on<br>small<br>and<br>medium<br>sized<br>tools<br>and<br>equipment<br>used on-site.</li>\n<li>Assist<br>in<br>setting<br>up<br>and<br>dismantling<br>scaHolding,<br>forms,<br>and/or<br>barricades.</li>\n<li>Report<br>any<br>site<br>hazards<br>or<br>equipment<br>issues<br>to<br>site<br>supervision</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Previous<br>experience<br>as<br>a<br>laborer<br>or<br>in<br>construction<br>is<br>preferred<br>but<br>not<br>required.</li>\n<li>Ability<br>to<br>work<br>in<br>a<br>physically<br>demanding<br>environment,<br>including<br>heavy<br>lifting<br>and<br>long<br>periods<br>of<br>standing<br>or<br>kneeling.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.</li>\n<li>Willingness<br>to<br>learn<br>new<br>skills<br>and<br>follow<br>safety<br>protocols.</li>\n<li>Basic<br>understanding<br>of<br>construction<br>plans<br>and<br>drawings<br>is<br>a<br>bonus.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.</li>\n<li>Valid<br>driver’s<br>license<br>may<br>be<br>required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
